Keith Riel
Founder & Head Coach
Keith has been on a 30+ year coaching journey, inspired by the transformative power of strength training, As a youth Keith embarked on a path that led him from the performance of strength and conditioning to the precision of Olympic Weightlifting and the skill of professional golf coaching.

His experience and coaching method is built on a continuous pursuit of knowledge. His understanding of strength, stability, mobility, power, speed and coordination create a well-rounded experience for his students.

Driven by a desire to help others develop their own fitness and based on proven methodologies behind the PGA of Canada, NCCP, CanFitPro, CrossFit, TPI, and Agatsu, Keith has helped ensure that his programs work for a wide range of individuals and abilities.

Emily Dillon
Coach
Emily is a certified personal trainer and Pre/Postnatal fitness coach. Her passion for health, fitness and wellness has been a driving force for many years.
After becoming a mother of twins, her perspective on fitness changed, inspiring her to help women and mothers on their wellness journey.
Emily offers group training sessions, personal training and postnatal programs.
